Everything is on Bridgeway, the main street in Sausalito. The Alcatraz tours are well-worth doing for their own sake. Probably one of the most interesting things to do in San Francisco. Sail by the Ferry Building, Fort Point, the sea lions, and the Presidio. I've been on several of their San Francisco evening cruises - a very professional outfit. The best part about seeing the characters is that the lines to take pictures with them are never long. On a recent sailing, I saw Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Pluto all in 30 minutes.
